This is cool and doesn't happen allot.  a friend called me last night from L.A. who is looking for songs for a new record project. He's going to shop it for a deal and needs a couple more songs to round out the project. He's looking for songs that are country but not traditional country. I know he really loves "Little Feat". They have to have great changes and dark southern lyric. Universally metaphoric. No trucks -trains- beer or baseball.
